Privacy policy

XEVRYN (“we”) processes your personal data in line with applicable law in Peru (including Law No. 29733 on personal data protection) and the policies of payment and shipping providers involved in your order.

We process identifying, contact, transaction and, where relevant, shipping data to perform the purchase contract, customer service, tax compliance and service improvement. We do not sell contact lists to third parties.

We retain information as long as necessary for those purposes and legal retention periods. You may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection, or withdraw consent where applicable, via the official contact channel we publish for XEVRYN.

Card and other payments are handled by certified providers (e.g. Mercado Pago). XEVRYN does not store your full card number on its own servers.
