Delivery times are estimated from payment confirmation and dispatch. External factors (customs, extreme weather, strikes) may extend timelines.

Shipping cost, if any, is shown before payment when the system calculates it. Taxes or international duties, where applicable, may be borne by the customer under local rules.

In case of obvious loss or damage, keep packaging and contact us within the published window to open a case with the courier.
