By using XEVRYN’s website and services you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

XEVRYN S.A.C. (RUC 20615832210) operates a premium multi-brand marketplace. Product pages show the selling brand’s context. Descriptions, images, and prices are an invitation to treat; the purchase contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment according to the checkout flow.

Each listed brand is responsible for the accuracy of its products, inventory, and order fulfillment where applicable. XEVRYN provides the technology platform, checkout, payment processing through certified third parties, and order communications.

Visible checkout costs, shipping, and promotions are communicated before payment when the system allows. Logistics, returns, and payment methods are governed by our Shipping and Returns policies, in addition to Peruvian consumer protection law (Law No. 29571).

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, force majeure, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Brands, designs, photographs, and site content are protected. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, XEVRYN is not liable for temporary service interruptions, third-party failures (payments, carriers, networks), or indirect damages. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction: Republic of Peru, courts of Lima, subject to mandatory consumer protections at the buyer’s domicile.
